We evaluate buildings, parks and all other environments for accessibility gaps – then give you clear, actionable fixes. Small Business (<2,000 sq. ft.): $750 Medium (2,000 – 10,000 sq. ft.): $1,200-$1,800 Large / Commercial (10,000+ sq. ft.): $2,000+ Includes site walkthrough, written report, photo documentation and prioritized action plan.
ADA COMPLIANCE CONSULTING
Stay ahead of the legal curve and avoid costly violations with expert guidance that aligns compliance with real-world usability. Hourly: $150/hr or Monthly retainer: $750-$2,000. For ongoing projects, renovation planning or reviewing blueprints. Package discounts for long-term clients.
INCLUSIVE DESIGN ADVISING
We help you design spaces that welcome everyone – without sacrificing style or function. Flat Fee: $500-$,500/project. Includes review of layout plans, signage, color contrast, product placement, etc.
STAFF TRAINING & DISABILITY ETIQUETTE
Teach your team how to interact with confidence, respect and awareness. Real-world training led by lived experience. Workshop Fee: $600 (Virtual) - $1,200 (in-person). Includes: Up to 25 attendees, 60–90-minute session with Q&A, Add-on: Custom training materials + certificate of completion.
SMALL BUSINESS ACCESSIBILITY STARTER PACK
Customized, budget-friendly support to help smaller organizations get accessible without getting overwhelmed. Bundle Price: $997. Includes: Mini audit (up to 2,000 sq. ft.), 1 hour consult and employee tip sheet. Perfect entry point for shops, salons, cafes, nonprofits, etc.
EVENT & VENUE ACCESSIBILITY PLANNING
From seating and signage to restrooms and crowd flow, we help you plan inclusive events that don’t leave anyone out. Starting at $750/event. Includes: venue walkthrough, accessibility strategy and vendor recommendations. Add-ons: layout edits, day-of accessibility coordination. Travel fees may apply.
SPEAKING & ADVOCACY ENGAGEMENTS
Book us to speak at your event, panel or school. We educate, empower, and raise awareness about what true access looks like. Speaking Fee: $500-$2,000+. Depends on event size, location and prep time. Includes 30–60-minute keynote or panel plus optional Q&A. Discounted rates for non-profits or schools.

At Access UpRising Foundation, every contribution helps us create more inclusive communities and open doors to opportunity. Because your support directly fuels our mission-driven programs, all donations, event registrations, and merchandise sales are final and non-refundable.
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe a transaction was made in error, such as a duplicate donation or an incorrect amount, please contact us within 7 days at info@accessuprising.com. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
